Role: Brand Solutions Expert (Ad Sales Unit)

Location: Flexible

Reports to: Head of Ad Sales

Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Solutions Expert to join our Ad Sales team.

- The Brand Solutions Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing customized advertising campaigns for our clients. This person will work closely with our sales team and clients to identify their marketing objectives and create solutions that deliver results.

- The Brand Solutions Expert will be responsible for presenting and communicating campaign strategies to clients and internal teams, as well as managing the execution of campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and present customized advertising solutions to clients that align with their marketing objectives

- Collaborate with sales team to identify potential clients and create proposals for new business

- Manage the execution of campaigns from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to ensure successful delivery of results

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for client campaigns

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in a brand solutions or account management role

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on campaign performance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads) is a plus
