Senior Manager - Learning & Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role requires active involvement in Learning & Development activities.
- Encompassing a broad spectrum of training and development initiatives, implementations, and the preparation of training modules.
- Prior experience with Performance Management Systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Competency Mapping.
- Experience in Talent Management is also desirable.
- Coordination with internal function and project management experience is an added advantage.
Language: Hindi must, English and Tamil
Candidates from anywhere in South India is preferrable, also candidates can relocate to Tamil Nadu and available to join in 30-60 days duration
