Purpose of the Job: - This position is responsible for handling all the matters related to Indirect Taxation across locations and for guiding outsourced units. - This includes all compliances, payments and litigation relating to GST, Erstwhile indirect tax laws and related economic laws. - The position is also responsible for liaising with the advocates, auditors, statutory bodies and government agencies for indirect tax matters. - Responsible for preparing responses and submitting data to the relevant audit team. She should be proficient in the field of auditing within the GST department, well-versed in matters concerning VAT/CST. - Team Handling - Individual Contributor role - Exp in using Tools (software/hardware/applications etc)- Ms office and SAP Preferred Industry- Manufacturing Education and Experience Required Experience: Atleast 5 to 8 years Experience relevant experience in Indirect tax. Educational Qualification- C.A - 1st - 2nd attempt only Pre-Selection Criteria (What must the candidate have done /have experience in) Open for travelling for hearing Pan India whenever required, Proficient in Excel, Good understanding of GST and VAT Law ,Experienced in filing GST returns.
