Manager HR for a leading industrial manufacturing company
Role & responsibilities:
- This role involves partnering with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and priorities.
- Responsibilities include analyzing HR metrics, developing action plans, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition for recruitment aligned with workforce needs.
- The role also entails advising on employee relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting performance management processes.
- Additionally, it involves assessing training needs, developing programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position serves as a liaison between regional leadership and HR teams, providing guidance on policy interpretation and adherence.
Preferred candidate profile:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a business partner or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
