- An Analytics Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of analysts while working closely with stakeholders across various departments. His primary focus will be to extract actionable insights from data, drive analytical strategies, and contribute to the overall business growth and decision-making process.

- A minimum 7-8 years of experience in data architecture or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).

- Proven experience in data analysis, with a track record of leading analytical projects or teams.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.

- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis is a plus.
