Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. 4. Project Management: Lead cross-functional improvement projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. 5. Change Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, promoting innovation, and advocating for best practices within the SCM team. 6. Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to SCM team in implementin improvement initiatives, offering training programs as needed to enhance skill sets and capabilities. 7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement, production, logistics, and external partners to align improvement efforts and achieve shared objectives. 8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with improvement initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations. 9.
