Key Responsibilities
1. Talent sourcing support and inclusive onboarding:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract diverse candidates, particularly from LGBTQ and persons with disability (PwD) communities
- Execute an inclusive onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct monthly training sessions for all new employees
2. Program management

4. Training & Retention
Who are we looking for?
Education:
- Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA, Psychology or Education
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence and Diversity and Inclusion roles
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
