Job Description: - Monitor the overall accounting process of the company - Responsible for all taxation & ensure statutory compliance are met - Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to founders and leadership team - Coordinate with Internal stakeholders for key data to support business decisions - Responsible for finalizing annual tax audits and statutory audits - Finalization of Books of Accounts - Support and assist the senior management in liaising with other banks and financial institutions - Identify and implement process improvements where required. - Provide support/direction for process or problem resolution. - Ensure adherence to RBI compliance. Support the monitoring of compliance with applicable policies and regulations - Manage and guide the finance team and ensure goals and objectives are met - Ensure all financial controls are in place and are followed maintaining data integrity - Understand the best practices of the industry, actively participating in strategic initiatives and set up benchmark for quality - Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal financial controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended Key skills: - Proven Experience as a Finance Manager - Very good understanding of business principles and practices - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, strong work ethic and attention to detail - Preferred qualifications: Qualified CA/Masters in Business, Finance or Economics preferred, with 0-5 years of post-qualification experience Salary offered: 10-15LPA
