The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the crypto or blockchain industry.

Responsibilities :

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals, considering the dynamic nature of the crypto market and its potential impact on financial planning.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial metrics for management and stakeholders.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to create budgets, monitor spending, and conduct periodic forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest crypto-related regulations and ensure the company's financial practices are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and identifying potential investment opportunities.

- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets, considering the volatility associated with the Virtual Digital Asset industry.

Requirements :

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role within a Virtual Digital Asset-based company.

- Proven expertise in Virtual Digital Asset financial instruments, blockchain technology, and associated market dynamics.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Familiarity with crypto accounting practices and understanding of crypto taxation regulations.
