What will be your key responsibilities?
Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Conduct comprehensive market research and use various lead-generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social networking, and attending industry events, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Consultative Selling: - Develop a deep understanding of our services and how they can address the unique needs and challenges of each prospective client.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Address client objections and concerns with professionalism and confidence.
Relationship Building: - Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process
Account Management: - Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
What are the key requirements for the role?
- 2-4 years of B2B SAAS sales experience focusing on new business generation in a similar industry.
- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adapt and learn new services and technical jargon to better serve clients.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and various sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven decision-making approach.
