Role Objective: To lead a team that takes care of all guest-facing online channels which is inclusive but not limited to: Email Management, Social Media and Reviews on Online Travel Websites  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Define response templates and guide/ coach the team on all aspects of written communication  - Provide regular feedback to the team members on the current performance  - Define a roadmap for the team and take up new initiatives within the team in line with the roadmap  - Lead the hiring efforts for the team  - Ensure that all email communications on all guest-facing email accounts are responded to and ensure follow up on cases as and when required  - Ensure that all social media communications from guests are responded to and ensure follow up on cases as and when required.  - Ensure timely response to guest reviews online.  - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that guest issues are resolved, including but not limited to, communicating with the guest in parallel to ensure resolution. Manage responses to escalations  - Taking up other projects or assigned responsibilities on an ongoing basis Minimum  Qualifications:  - Education: Bachelor's Degree  - Work Experience: 2 to 5 years  - Work should have been in relation to content creation or email communications  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  Preferred Qualifications:  - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of communications/English  - Should have managed a similar team in the past  - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets  - Strong command of the English Language and online communication  About Treebo:  Founded in 2015, Treebo is a new age, well-funded start up in the hospitality industry.
