Hotel Superhero is our brand-new, super-exciting, pure-play technology business. Over the years, we realized that the tech solutions we had built for our own use at Treebo were truly cutting edge and unparalleled in the industry. So we decided to externalize and monetize them as a SaaS business. As part of the Hotel Superhero, we offer an integrated, intuitive, and extremely powerful hotel management software that takes care of all the technology needs of hotels. Roles and Responsibilities -

- Will assist in developing and executing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long term, and short term, to help achieve brand commercial goals.

- Handle day-to-day activities and create high-impact campaigns across social media, influencer, and other BTL channels.

- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Keep track of trends and competitive landscape and recommend and implement strategies that help the brand take advantage of the opportunities.

- Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities

- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity

- Establish and maintain brand budgets

- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media

- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative

Requirements -

- 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing.

- Prior experience of working in ecommerce/B2C set-ups with an in-depth knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing and exposure of analytical and CRM tools

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

- Innovative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to drive adoption and trials

- Should have an entrepreneur mindset, high sense of ownership, critical thinker, hard-working, Go-getter attitude with - sound communication skills, with a team player quality

- Budget Management and Proficiency.

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
