Job Description :
- As a Sales Director for Hotel Superhero, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of technology solutions in the hospitality space. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end sales management, including driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration, across all customer segments for both Indian and International markets.
- This is essentially a high-quality technology solution selling with a deep understanding of the customer business environment and ensuring that the company is the preferred partner/vendor. You will engage across levels and roles in the customer organization including CXO's and functional leaders.
- In this role, you will be responsible to work closely with the leadership team at Treebo and help with strategizing and scaling up Hotel Superhero (Treebo's SaaS offering) and formulate market entry strategy and identify potential markets across the globe
Requirements :
- You know how to operate in small businesses that are ambitious and yet how to manage and workaround operating constraints when things are not perfect.
- You carry 5-8 years of sales experience with SaaS/Technology products/B2B sales.
- Strong problem solving and ability to work with CXO's Excellent communication
