The Successful candidate will manage End to End Hiring for Practice / Vertical managing & managing a Small team.
Responsibilities
- Stake holder management & Accountable on the fulfillment for the respective business units
- Manage and drive a small team 2 - 3 member
- Work on his own individual monthly targets as well as help the team to achieve their respective targets to meet the business requirements
- Devise Sourcing Strategy using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Perform reference checks if required
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Maintain, track data & reporting
- Hands on with social media hiring and talent branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of recruiting experience in technology hiring
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust & Integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of ATS, preferably Successfactors but not mandatory
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders including External recruitment partners
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
