Our client is a leading Consulting firm and they are seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to join the team in Riyadh for a three-month (extendable )engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in Treasury Operations, Middle Office, and Market Risk Management within a managerial capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across a variety of asset classes including equity, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange. This position demands a deep understanding of treasury processes, risk management regulations within the GCC, and robust practical knowledge of industry-standard tools like Bloomberg, Murex, and K+.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations in the Treasury, Middle, and Back Office functions.

- Ensure compliance with fiduciary responsibilities and client suitability.

- Implement and manage processes related to margining, collateral, confirmation, and settlement.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of limits, valuation, and risk models for various asset classes.

- Navigate and comply with GCC liquidity, treasury, and market risk management regulations.

- Utilize Bloomberg, Murex, and K+ to enhance and streamline treasury operations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-10 years in Treasury/Treasury Operations/Middle Office/Market Risk in a managerial role.

Expertise:

- Proven track record working with equity, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange.

- Hands-on knowledge of Treasury Middle and Back Office processes.

- Deep understanding of margining and collateral management.

- Education: Post-graduate degree in Finance or relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Bloomberg, Murex, or K+ systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with liquidity metrics, liquidity regulatory reporting, and ILAAP requirements.

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 3-months (extendible) contract. The consultant will be required to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the entire duration of the project.
