Borrowing:

- Manage banking and capital market relationships, rating of NBFC and rating agency relationships

- Execution of various types of borrowing transactions including Capital Debt Market - CDM (Bank Loan, NCD) including legal documentation Liaison with investors / lenders

- Ensure timely servicing of Debt Portfolio (Reset, repayments and buybacks/prepayments)

- Standardize, negotiate and manage debt covenants

- Manage daily cash flow, loan disbursements, surplus cash and investment management

- Management Reporting & ALCO: define asset-liability policy, actively manage asset-liability, monthly and periodic presentation to ALCO and Risk Oversight Committee and regulatory reporting
