Treasury Manager - NBFC

Role: Treasury Lead

Grade: AGM/DGM

Reporting to: CFO

Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification: CA/MBA

Key Responsibilities:

Borrowing:

a. Manage banking and capital market relationships, rating of NBFC and rating agency relationships

b. Execution of various types of borrowing transactions including Capital Debt Market - CDM (Bank Loan, NCD) including legal documentation Liaison with investors / lenders

c. Ensure timely servicing of Debt Portfolio (Reset, repayments and buybacks/prepayments)

d. Standardise, negotiate and manage debt covenants

2. Manage daily cash flow, loan disbursements, surplus cash and investment management

3. Management Reporting & ALCO: define asset-liability policy, actively manage asset-liability, monthly and periodic presentation to ALCO and Risk Oversight Committee and regulatory reporting
