Job Description

1. Coverage

1.1. Treasury related activities both in India and Overseas

2. Monitoring Cashflow

2.1. Forecast BU-wise, monthly, quarterly and annual cashflow for both domestic & overseas regions

2.2. Prepare ION for monthly cashflow forecast (Business Unit-Wise), compare actuals and analyze variance - Both domestic and overseas

2.3. Monitor and Maintain CC balance within the limits approved by Management for each month

2.4. Ensure fund availability for repayment of Principal and Interest for Loan - Both domestic and overseas

2.5. Follow-up with the Finance Managers in each BU for periodic collection forecast

3. Loan Related

3.1. Preparation of CMA for availing Loan

3.2. Engage with the Banks for new Loan

3.3. Review and validation of Loan documents and Sanction letters from Banks- Domestic and Overseas

3.4. Analyze and validate interest component and other charges levied by the Bank and obtain refund for unjustified debits

3.5. Ensure perfection of security charge for the securities provided to the Banks

3.6. Negotiate and obtain best rates for WCDL Loan/ adhoc loan

3.7. Budgetary Control for Borrowing cost

3.8. Validation of Interest and other charges levied by Banks

3.9. Adoption of Accounting Standards for Borrowing cost capitalisation

4. Forex Related

4.1. Maintain and monitor Forex balances

4.2. Ensure compliance in documentation for forex payments

4.3. Negotiate and Obtain best forex quote for inward and outward remittance

4.4. Validate monthly mandatory forex conversion in forex accounts

4.5. Wherever required, take forex hedging cover, monitor and track the profitability of the same.

5. Compliance

5.1. Timely submission of the documents to the Bank - FFR I, FFR II, Stock Statement, UHFCE

5.2. Monitoring of Financial Covenants - Domestic and Overseas

5.3. CA certificate for utilization of Loan

5.4. CA certificate for receivables and drawing power limits

5.5. Approval from SIPCOT for new Bank inclusion to the consortium

5.6. Providing documents/details for timely renewal of facilities

5.7. Liaison with Rating agency for timely completion of Rating surveillance audit

5.8. Co-ordinate with Banks for consortium meetings

5.9. Follow up with Banks for TDS certificates & GST invoices to avail the tax credits

5.10. Wherever required to coordinate with auditors/observers appointed by the consortium member banks to monitor the performance of the organization.

6. FD/BG

6.1. Obtain best interest rates for FD and timely renewal of the Deposits

6.2. Timey issuance/renewal of BG/EMD and follow-up for refund/cancellation

7. Others

7.1. Explore new avenues for cost reduction

7.2. Timely reconciliation of Bank Accounts

7.3. Monthly Management report for Treasury operations

7.4. Develop and Maintain relationships with Banks
