JOB OVERVIEW:
This position undertakes treasury back-office activities with a focus on automation, debt servicing, and liaising with auditors.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Associate Vice President - Treasury
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 6-12 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in a back-office role.
- Strong understanding of debt instruments, cash management, and treasury processes.
- Proficiency in treasury software and experience with SAP is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Ensure timely debt servicing, tracking the company's debt portfolio, TDS processing, interest payments and principal repayments
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines. Timely submission of regulatory compliances related to debt instruments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors in preparing necessary documentation during audits related to treasury operations
- Monitor changes in regulations affecting treasury operations and adjust processes accordingly
- Identify opportunities for automating treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement automation tools and systems and ensure smooth operations
