Treasury Head - Investments & Fundraising - Manufacturing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Head of Treasury and Fund Raising. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing our treasury operations, optimizing liquidity management, and spearheading fund raising initiatives to support our mission-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure efficient cash flow management and liquidity.

- Monitor and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal returns while adhering to risk management guidelines.

- Lead fund raising efforts through the issuance of bonds, commercial papers, and other debt instruments, as well as exploring equity funding opportunities.

- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure favorable financing terms and maintain a robust funding pipeline.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
