Responsibilities:

- Cash / Systems Function

- Responsible for bank account maintenance, including the following:

- Assist with daily bank reconciliations within the Treasury Management

- System ("Quantum") and appropriately match / designate cashflows for reporting purposes;

- Investigate failed transactions or settlements to ensure appropriate adjustments are made during reconciliations;

- Create bank account groups and add newly created bank accounts in

Quantum;

- Financial Risk Management & Operations

- Monitor and assist with the preparation of liquidity forecasts for the public and private platforms;

- Actively maintain and track debt facilities and their requirements to ensure compliance;

- Maintenance of custody accounts and custody related transactions;

- Assist in consolidating debt information from our underlying portfolio companies and perform first level of review of the data; identifying and flagging any variances

- Prepare and execute funds flows and coordinate the preparation of associated legal documentation and steps memos;

- Develop and maintain positive relationships and consistent communication with our banks, financial institutions and with key internal business partners;

- Document and update Treasury Policies and Procedures relating to funds flow and cash management activities;

- Support and execute ad-hoc requests or inquiries from senior management or other business groups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must Have: Recognized professional accounting designation (completion or near completion of CPA preferred);

- Minimum of two to five (2-3) years of progressive work experience in finance and/or accounting functions;

- Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel;

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving ability;

- Exemplifies the right motivation by aspiring to achieve collective goals;

- Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, can manage changing priorities;

- Superior communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines;

- Self-motivated and pro-active, with respect to both managing workload and professional development.
