JOB DESCRIPTION:

Expected Process Contribution

1. Collection accounting for Jewellery / Watches / Eyewear

2. Track Bank MIS received on a daily basis

3. Checking on the MIS and tallying the same with Bank credits in the Bank statement

4. Updating the data in Oracle /SAP

5. Bank Reconciliations

6. Bank charges accounting and verification of the same as per agreed rates.

7. Liaison with Banks on a regular basis.

8. Banking knowledge in terms of Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit (LC)

9. Subsidiaries cash flow preparation and accounting - Daily

10. Cash and Cheque handling & accounting.

The role is responsible for Accounting of the collections received through various Banks in Oracle/SAP.

Coordination with Banks and payment gateway providers.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements periodically.

Function MIS preparation.

Looking for Working capital Management, Cash Flow Managements, Treasury Audits, Forex management
