Job Role: Influencer Marketing Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead, he/she should be able to own and drive scale-up of Traya's Influencer Marketing Channel. You will work as an business owner who gets the freedom and responsibility of developing a new business line from scratch. Candidate will own the overall P&L for the Influencer Channel.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- End to end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Sourcing the best fit content creators to promote the brand
- Strategize result based campaign strategies
- Maintaining relationships with agencies and creators
- Maintaining the records, results of the campaigns
- Understanding the content and strategizing campaigns based on research
- Building long-term strategic partnerships with Content Creators
- Ability to Track, Analyse and Understand current influencer trends, campaigns, viral pieces
- Ability to create Business plans for Influencer vertical and manage the overall P&L
- Data-Driven process for Influencer and Partnership selection.
