The Company provides personalized consultations that help determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that are curated from a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Traya's secret lies in the power of diagnosis. Our unique platform diagnoses the patients hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track. Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.

Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most
importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

Job Summary:
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team and take ownership of the companys overall performance marketing strategy across multiple business units. You will work closely with the business and technology teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and revenue targets. You will also lead the development of processes and frameworks with the content team to drive cohesive marketing strategies. Your expertise will directly impact business growth through effective digital marketing and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
- Own and drive revenue generation across multiple business units through effective performance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement performance marketing processes in partnership with the content team, ensuring cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring optimisation for maximum ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, using analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework for performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
- Manage large marketing budgets across multiple business units, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of revenue ownership and team leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Proven experience working closely with business and technology teams to achieve aligned goals.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to develop and oversee performance reporting frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with content teams, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Ability to manage and allocate large marketing budgets effectively across multiple business units.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
