Job Summary:

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring optimisation for maximum ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, using analytics to drive data driven decisions.
- Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework for performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
- Manage large marketing budgets across multiple business units, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of revenue ownership and team leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Proven experience working closely with business and technology teams to achieve aligned goals.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to develop and oversee performance reporting frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with content teams, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Ability to manage and allocate large marketing budgets effectively across multiple business units.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
