About the Role :

- We are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our organization as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR).

- As an EIR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and transformation by bringing your expertise, business acumen, and fresh perspectives to the table.

- You will work closely with our leadership team and collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and explore new business opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and help shape the future direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Analysis :

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential areas for expansion.

- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Business Development :

- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities.

- Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation. Develop business cases and recommend actionable strategies for growth.

Idea Generation and Validation :

- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new business expansion and models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ideas through market testing, prototyping, and customer feedback.

- Drive the development and refinement of ideas into scalable business opportunities.

Strategy Implementation :

- Work closely with the leadership team to define strategic priorities and develop actionable plans.

- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identify key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to ensure successful implementation of strategies.

What We're Looking For :

- Proven track record as an entrepreneur, founder, or founder's office in a startup or high growth environment.

- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with experience in developing partnerships and collaborations.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification :

- B.Tech followed with an MBA from a premium institution.

Years of Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of experience with consulting organization and startup industry.
