Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, trends, and metrics to identify retention opportunities.

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention rates and reduce churn.

- Collaborate closely with product, and customer service teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.

- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and campaigns to optimise retention metrics.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, iterating as necessary to achieve retention targets.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining retention performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

What we are looking for:

- B.Tech or equivalent from a top tier engineering college (IIT / NIT / BITS equivalent)

- Minimum 1 years of hands on experience in a generalist / strategy profile in a startup environment or in a top tier management consulting firm.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.

- Self-starter with a proactive and innovative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High on bias for action; someone who loves to get their hands dirty

- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and implement effective retention strategies.
