Our journey began with one of our founders, Altaf, who approached a number of doctors specialising in Ayurveda and Dermatology in search of a fortified, long-lasting solution to hair loss. As we progressed, we encountered hundreds of clinical trials, scientific research papers and cracked the science behind hair loss and how it can be managed with utmost efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, trends, and metrics to identify retention opportunities.

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention rates and reduce churn.

- Collaborate closely with product, and customer service teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.

- Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and campaigns to optimise retention metrics.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, iterating as necessary to achieve retention targets.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining retention performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.

What we are looking for:

- B.Tech or equivalent from a top tier engineering college (IIT / NIT / BITS equivalent)

- Minimum 1 years of hands on experience in a generalist / strategy profile in a startup environment or in a top tier management consulting firm.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.

- Self-starter with a proactive and innovative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High on bias for action; someone who loves to get their hands dirty

- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and implement effective retention strategies.
