Role purpose :
- Primary responsibility for managing, improving and implementing Compensation & Benefits programmes and providing a customer-focused, accurate and efficient service to managers and employees across the business.
Key accountabilities :
- Responsible to ensure seamless service delivery of Compensation & Benefits processes as per the agreed timelines
- Ensure that the team is effectively planned and manage relationships with business partners
- Act as a single point of contact for Compensation & Benefits issues/ escalations
- Manage employee queries/issues and escalate them as appropriate
- Produce market data
- Day to day support and guidance and communication of reward benefits
- Manage relationship with benefits providers
- Coordination of the reward letter process
- Managing work allocation and effective resource planning
- Responsible for building a motivated team by effectively coaching and mentoring the team members
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage coordination with HR teams across different markets
- May be required to multi-task and work under pressure, re-prioritize tasks, and adjust own working patterns.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to Travelex compliance requirements, as well as applicable business processes.
- Guide the team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the HRSSC practices, processes and systems
- Make improvements in the process and escalate when necessary
- Provide status reports to Rewards lead on timely basis
- Responsible for career and succession planning of the team members

HR : global HR team
Compliance : ensure operating within policy & as per regulatory licence(s)
Role specific experience and skills :
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing operations for incentives globally.
- Experienced in managing a team of 3-4 people and also perform incentive calculations
- Plan and Implement improvement in various reporting projects for Incentives.
- Report on the performance of the incentive to the global team.
- Hands on Excel expertise formulas and functions
- Knowledge about US benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Obama plans etc is required.
- Strong data and analysis skills with conceptual, analytical and problem solving skill.
- Eye for details and hands on approach.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Flexible to work in shifts.
