About Role:
- Managing all aspects of the Founders' travel, including creating detailed itineraries, booking flights & accommodation, applying and managing visas, handling forex, and any other logistics required for a seamless travel experience
- Maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and agents to ensure the availability of the best service for the travel needs
- Optimizing for spends through loyalty programs, credit card points, and offers
- Negotiating with vendors and getting the best costs at all times
- Being available anytime to attend to any requirements as per the time zone of the country visited
Qualifiers:
- At least 5 years of experience working on travel for HNIs / Ultra-HNIs
- In-depth knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Proficiency in creating end to end travel experiences with a deep understanding of flights, hotels, and activities
- Having a sound knowledge of the most visited countries across the globe [Europe, USA, UK, and Asia] in terms of flights, hotels, visas, activities, experiences, etc.
- A degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or relevant fields
