We are an emerging travel AI startup dedicated to revolutionizing the travel experience through cutting-edge technology. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to offer personalized travel solutions, making every journey seamless and memorable. As we embark on this exciting venture, we're looking for a visionary CTO who will also join us as a co-founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Drive the company's technological vision, strategies, and plans for growth. Spearhead innovation by staying ahead of technology trends and integrating advanced solutions into our services.

- Product Development: Lead the development of our AI-driven platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of user experience, performance, and reliability. Work closely with the product team to define product roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional service offerings.

- Team Building: Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber technology team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

- Partnership and Collaboration: Actively engage with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders to promote and grow the business. Work closely with the co-founding team to align technological goals with business objectives.

- Technical Architecture: Design and implement robust technical architectures that support scalable, secure, and efficient operations. Ensure that technical decisions support our mission of delivering superior travel experiences.

- Data Strategy: Oversee the development of a comprehensive data strategy that leverages AI and machine learning to gather insights, personalize user experiences, and drive decision-making.

- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technological risks. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a technology leadership role, ideally within the travel technology or AI fields.

- Strong foundation in software development, system architecture, and AI/machine learning technologies.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful tech teams.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
