We are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing leader to spearhead our marketing and growth efforts at Cabexpresso. As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and user acquisition. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing marketing team, setting marketing goals, and measuring the success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, influencer marketing).
- Lead the creation and implementation of brand positioning and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze marketing data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team with expertise in various marketing disciplines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and identify opportunities for Cabexpresso to leverage them.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing or Growth management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics).
- Experience in building and managing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and startup environment.
