Job Title: HR Operations Specialist.
Location: Bangalore, India.
- 3 + years' experience in a fast-paced corporate HR environment.
- Strong organizational skills; meticulous attention-to-detail with consistent follow up.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to operate with limited direction.
- Bachelor's degree; desired majors: HR Management, Psychology, Business, Communications.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure effective employee performance tracking and development.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance and streamline the onboarding process.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, managing statutory compliance and conducting HR audits.
- Implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive salary structures.
- Analyze HR data and reports to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
