- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Presales Team Lead to drive and manage solution proposals, with a major focus on value engineering.

- You will play a critical role in conceptualizing and developing strategic frameworks, building partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Your expertise will be key in mapping customer needs, preparing proposals, and guiding the presales process from RFP responses to client visits and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver solution proposals for proactive engagements and RFPs with a focus on value engineering.

- Create and present collateral including client visit presentations, industry trend analyses, thought leadership articles, and points of view (PoVs).

- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales Head to establish and manage partnerships with key solution and service providers.

- Conceptualize and develop frameworks, accelerators, or solutions tailored to client-specific needs.

- Provide periodic reviews and updates to the leadership team on service line operations, progress, and strategic direction.

Skills & Competencies:

- Hands-on experience in presales activities such as proposal creation, RFP response, estimations, and developing business cases for IT solutions.

- Strong ability to map customer needs, assess competitor offerings, and identify winning criteria for RFPs.

- Deep understanding of various service delivery models, pricing strategies, and operating models with a proven ability to align these with customer needs.

- Proven track record of working on high-tech projects across domains like Banking, Manufacturing, and Insurance.

- Experienced in the sales life cycle, capable of working independently and driving results.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Strong experience in collaborating with delivery teams for knowledge management, including creating case studies and service offering presentations.

- A team player with experience in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful solution delivery.

- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in presales activities in IT or consulting environments.

- Proven ability to lead a high-performance team and drive solution sales
