Being the recruitment lead at Trantor will require a person with leadership qualities
This person will be responsible for managing the team in all aspects
This will include creating new strategies for recruitment, finding new ways to improve lead generation for recruitment, and helping the team complete hiring goals
He/she will also take interviews, and be responsible for job offers, negotiation, onboarding
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment - US Hiring
- Some experience in LATAM & Canada hiring
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of designing and implementing recruitment plan
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle
- Skilled at sourcing candidates from different job portals, social media etc
- Strong people management skills and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage, post joining.
- Evaluating candidates' skill level and driving the interview and offer process including reference checks and salary recommendations.
- Prepare recruitment reports.
