Key Responsibilities: Reporting to Process Head (Strategy), you will:

- Process Mapping: Design processes AS-IS and TO-BE.

- Process Audit: 2 times in a year for both India and Overseas locations (ISO and ICFR).

- Process Performance Measurement & Analytics: Management Reports/dashboards through BI tool.

- Digital Transformation Innitiatives: Digitize and Automate existing processes.

- Training & Development: Relevant to above.

Who we are looking for

- Experienced Agile process/systems analyst with excellent track record and expertise of working directly day-to-day within a cross functional team.

- Experience in building highly complex and analytics-driven process driven - digital products for SCM actors and marketplace.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communicator with the ability to constructively challenge and guide the business.

- Team player, balanced with strong autonomy and high motivation to produce individually.

- Someone who is open to new ideas and innovative in approach.

- Qualification: Graduate - MBA or IT preferred.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as Process/systems analyst

- Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, and any BI (analytics) software.

- Optional Skills: Lean Six Sigma 5 belt, PMP certification, and Business Analyst Certification
