Job Specifications : - Work with internal teams and managers to assist with recruitment efforts. - Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, search &amp; selection using job boards, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, stakeholder management, etc. - Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization using traditional &amp; non traditional means of recruiting. - Proactively develop talent pools/ talent communities to dip into when hiring is in full swing. - Manage the end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic &amp; personal interviews culminating in offers &amp; maintaining the appropriate MIS. - Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment &amp; appropriately gauge his/her fitment with our company culture &amp; ensure hiring of good fits only. - Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers &amp; stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data. - Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research pool with regards to talent acquisition, market salary trends, Campus hiring trends, etc - Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Looking for Some one Who is : - Well spoken and networked with understanding recruiting and HR operations. - Well versed with new age job boards &amp; portals like Linkedin, IIMJobs, etc extensively for hiring &amp; tracking talent. - Who can think out of the box and have exceptional JD writing skills. - Can leverage social + business networking effectively to reach out to ideal candidates.
