RESPONSIBILITIES-

1) Drive the growth of brand's social media reach (YT+Insta+Twitter) & establish Infinix as one of the coolest brands on social.

2) Own the content development for Youtube, Instagram & Twitter; lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, static, and other content forms that best utilize the technology/algorithm available on any given social media/digital platform.

3) Work with in-house brand/content team to drive innovation and make the brand synonymous with disruptive and memorable social media campaigns/messages.

4) Lead social media campaigns for product launches - from creation to execution to paid promotions & traffic generation.

5) Drive the e-commerce KPIs for social - Clicks, UVs, page views, etc for every product launch.

6) Own the end to end measurement agenda on social and plan future course of expansion into new age channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing/advertising/communication

2) 5-10 yrs of professional experience in managing social media accounts within a digital/product/creative agency, handling creative as well as promotions.

3) Expertise in short video formats and podcasts is a significant plus

4) Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening

5) Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels

6) Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
