Transsion Holdings - Senior Manager - Software Product Development & Innovation

A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

The Major responsibilities are:

- Provide innovation solution (software part), and design product prototype to bring in localization.

- Design localization solution to bring product innovation & simplicity for end users.

- Evaluate the feasibility as per Transsion's India vision.

B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In charge of Transsion India Localization, Innovation, Product Definition and Management.

- Responsible for managing internal and external business requirements, completing requirements analysis, and completing market requirements documentation, product requirements documentation, and prototype design;

- Research market and consumer requirements, understand user usability testing, and continuously improve product competitiveness;

- Being able to rigorously formulate the planned development of the product line in charge according to the company's strategy;

- Assist the project team to coordinate communication between departments, ensure that project requirements are online as defined, and track product effects;

- Actively cooperate with other departments to track product implementation/business development/data analysis/consumer feedback during product operation and continuously improve products.

E) IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Skills/ Experience Required:

- Have strong experience for software product or mobile internet product before.

- Can design product mock-up by himself.

- Understand local consumer requirements and pain points

- 8 years + of product manager experience, product design experience, independent leading design and operation experience from 0-1 product experience and project operation experience.

- Required Behaviors/ Competencies:

- Have a keen insight into market development trends, have a deep understanding of user needs, have strong data analysis capabilities, and have good qualitative analysis capabilities and research capabilities;

- Have excellent professional ability and master product development methodology, can accurately grasp the core of the product project and the psychological characteristics of the user, and can design related products and functions in a targeted manner;

- Excellent logical ability, systematic thinking ability and innovative thinking, keen business sense and project management knowledge and skills, efficient communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
