National Sales Manager - TV business


A. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This role has been developed basis the change in business direction and increased growth in a new business area. Business Partner (BP) role will focus on front ending with Business Strategy primarily in terms of Sales & Marketing, which is crucial in sustaining and increasing the current growth strategy of the business.

B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The incumbent would be responsible for overall revenue, direct margin and volume of LED TV/ Home Appliances (HA) Business.

- Would be responsible for tertiary sales achievement for HA and white goods

Detailed roles and responsibilities of incumbent will be responsible for the following :

- Revenue and profit planning for overall HA business of itel

- Successfully driving the sales strategy

- Sales Scheme budgeting & planning

- DRP Efficiency and Accuracy

 Policy : 

- Overall Scheme Policy Design

- Communication - Policy & Process

Product : 

- Product Life Cycle Management (NP/ MP/ EOL)

- Competition mapping & analysis

- Model Profitability

- BI

- GAP Analysis - GTM/ DRP Achievement & Action Plan

C. INTERFACE :

 INTERNAL :

- BU team, Sales Team

- Inter functional teams at NHQ

- GTM and product teams

EXTERNAL:

- As and when necessary as per business requirements

D. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Itel BP Head

E. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 10-15 years of experience in Sales /Marketing with a leading business house

- At least 3 - 5 years would be in a leadership capacity, preferably from a TV/ HA Business background

F. IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Skills/ Experience Required :

- Supply chain management

- MS office utilization skills with sharp analytical acumen

- Revenue and profit simulation skill.

- Understanding industry and market trend.

- Pricing strategy

- Promotion planning campaigns for both internal sales team and channel

- Interpersonal skills

- Information sensing ability
