A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility is to:

- Manage an Ecommerce Head is responsible for developing, Implementing and executing the online marketing strategy for Smartphones/ CE/ Accessories.

- This role is a mix of execution and concept creation/planning (60% execution; 40% planning/strategy).

B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving the sell-in & sellout of Smartphones/ TVs/ Accessories Etc. for all e-commerce platforms, (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) to achieve the Annual Volume & Revenue Targets for the brand.

- Negotiate Business terms, Pricing, contracts etc. with e- commerce partners to maximize long-term sales opportunities.

- Execute robust marketing program for building the presence in digital space. Defining & clarifying tactical and long-term objectives supported by a strong implementation plan

- Create online GTM for products with clear deliverables and monitor execution:


a. Attractive consumer proposition


-b.Digital marketing initiatives along the consumer funnel


c. Awareness to consideration to conversion


d. Assets and tools for digital conversion support

- Review online performance internally and with platform partner on regular basis. Ensure operational efficiencies

- Planning for New launches with marketing, Supply Chain & e-commerce partner teams to create impact & deliver on Business numbers. Negotiate effective allocation of e-com partner resources to ensure successful launches.

- Innovative programs and business cases for online promotion initiatives and provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated

- Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies

- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.

C) KEY DELIVERABLES:

- eCommerce Net Sales $ & Net Units

- Demand Generation: Quantity (Unique visitors/month) & Quality (Basket Creation Rate)

- Mktg efficiency: Overall & Activity level CPA

- Site Performance: Overall Traffic to Sales Conversion rate

- Channel health: Availability of ranged products
