A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Talent & OD Lead is responsible for overseeing talent management and organizational development initiatives within the company. With 12 -15 years of experience, the Talent & OD Lead will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Transsion India
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Plan and execute Campus Hiring Program to build Future Fit Talent Pipeline for the organisation
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives to assess, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Conceptualize and implement various OD interventions aligned to Company's Vision and Mission.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and key talent.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement change management strategies for organizational initiatives.
- Design and execute performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration sessions.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop Behavioral, Leadership, Culture and Value based Learning & Development interventions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.
- Analyze talent metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management and Engagement.
C) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Full time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferably from Tier 1 Institute.
- 12-15 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent design & facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written).
