Position name : Environmental Social & Governance

Experience required : 12 Years and above

Location : Gurgaon

Position Objective :

- The incumbent is responsible for mentoring, spearheading, and coordinating ESG-related activities.

- He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing, an organizational-wide ESG /EHS/OSHA management system across business units.

Major Responsibilities Regulatory :

- Drafting, and reviewing of Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Guidelines necessary for implementing ESG initiatives and achieving ESG goals.

- Updating above in line with changes in laws, regulations, and corporate directives.

- Supports the Management in driving education, communication, and implementation of the ESG management system across the company including conceptualizing and conducting various training programs for different stakeholders.

- Support business and operation teams in handling ESG-related matters/audits from customers/auditors.

- Support in any external reporting requirements like BRSR and its assurance and/or impact assessment exercises.

- Help improve ESG-related ratings carried out by any external rating agency.

- Develop ESG related management system in line with applicable standards and guidelines.

- Support in drafting and vetting ESG-related terms and conditions in contracts with any third party.

- Implement, monitor, and review the EHS management system, plans, and safe work Procedures in coordination with the operational site, warehouse, Hubs, and offices.

- Implement, monitor, and review the OSHA management system, plans, and safe work Procedures in coordination with the operational site, warehouse, Hubs, and offices.

- Ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are in place, and review them in co- ordination with BCP.

- Takes part in accident/incident investigation analyzes statistics and suggests improvement plans to avoid them (CAPA).

- Help the Internal audit team in conducting EHS/OSHA Operational Audits, and analyze findings to ensure the quality of implementation for the EHS management system including helping in developing a checklist

Qualification & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a focus on one or more of the following: sustainability business, social science, environmental study, supply chain, operational management.

- 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.

- 2 years of experience performing ESG reporting and/or advisory work with frameworks and ratings (i.e. GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, etc.) directly in an internal function within a company or rating, or as a consultant or industry organization.

- 3 years of experience in performing OSHA-related activities in a company.
