Prefer : Experience in either Process Automation / Infrastructure Projects/ Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) / Automatic Vehicle Location (AVLS) / Intelligent Transport System (ITS) / ITMS
Education B.Tech/ BE/ MCA/ MBA

Responsibilities :
- Manage team / workforce with well-defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities and cost management.
- Has to Operate Automatic fare collection Projects & deliver services
- Ensure meeting of Service Level Agreements (SLA)s or service delivery goals
- Advise management and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility.
- Resolve/ monitor moderately complex customer escalations as appropriate.
- Maintain existing customer relationships as well as with other functional managers.
- Help define KPIs, take regular measurements, and report on the same
- Independently work with project sponsors and Finance team to estimate and track project budget and actual.
- Managing deliver projects time line and budget levels
