Education B.Tech/ BE/ MCA

Experience: Minimum 2 complete Bid Management

Must have experience in handling:

-Transportation Projects with like: Bus, Metro, Railway/ vehicle location/ vehicle tracking/ VLT/ VLS

Or

- AFC/ automatic fare collection/ smart payments/ smart-card/ e-wallet kind of projects

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Bid Management:

- Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending Pre-Bid Meeting with Prospective Clients

- Coordination with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders

- Planning and Scheduling meetings as per Internal Calendar/ Timelines

- Feasibility analysis including Eligibility and Technical Evaluation Criteria of RFI/ RFP/ Tenders for Management approval

- Review of Pre-Qualification (PQ), Technical and Commercial Proposals

- Negotiation of deals with Prospective Clients and Vendors

- Delivery of competitive and winning Proposals/ Bids within defined time-frames
