We are an Analytics company based out of Gurgaon. We are looking for a candidate who would work out of client site and IMPLEMENT Analytics. The client is a leading securities firm in India. We have been delivering Analytical solutions to them for past two years. Now they need someone to do campaign management, do response analysis and work with the business teams to yield maximum returns out of Analytics.

JOB TITLE: Senior Analytics Role (Financial Services):

Lead and implement Sales/CRM analytics projects:

1. Customer Segmentation

2. Cross-sell

3. Pricing & Promotions

4. Campaign Management, etc.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

- Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions especially around a growing Sales organisation

- Grow and manage projects that provide Sales analytics support

- Oversee execution and delivery of key project milestones

- Establish and maintain clear communication between Business and the Analytics team regarding project scope, timelines, issue resolution, and deliverable

Candidate Requirements:

- Overall 6-10 years of analytics experience in Analytics domain with knowledge of relevant tools.

- Strong experience in analytics including segmentation, modelling, regression, forecasting etc.

- Exposure in working directly to conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Excellent communications skills with respect to translating business needs into a mathematical/data analysis approach and translating analysis results back into business terms

- Ability to actively contribute in a talented team with various backgrounds in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment

- Excited to help build a start-up business in an ambiguous environment
