A Leading US based investment bank is looking for candidates with 4-9 years experience in transition management.
Job Description:
Transition execution:
- Working with key global clients as an expert in the transition process to project manage global deployments with all business units across the firm. Work with the sending/receiving management teams to ensure all transition steps are successfully completed
- Build relationships across the firm with supporting functions, including Operations, Tech and Data, Finance, HR, Corporate Services, Legal & Compliance, and leverage these relationships to resolve issues in order to ensure seamless transition
- Work with our Global team to plan the timing and execution of all Location Strategy moves for our key BU clients
- Establish the project management tools and processes for each transition, including setting up and chairing the appropriate project governance meetings
- Shows strong emphasis towards data integrity to track and report progress of each transition under management, to plan appropriately whilst ensuring risks and issues are identified, escalated and resolved
- Shepherd CRTs through the documentation process, routing documents amongst the Stakeholder groups (Legal, Compliance, Tax, BCM, and BU’s).
- Provide project management support for the entire lifecycle of a Transition, to ensure that all Legal and project related deliverables are met, and also that project status reporting is in place..
- Drives forward GWS group goals, including process improvements and development of GWS project management toolset.
- Participates in outsourcing regulatory change forums to understand impact on project pipeline and communicates to key clients appropriately.
