Transition/Presales/Operations Manager - HRO for a Leading BPO

Job Description:

1. Creation of RFP/RFI responses

2. Architecting solution

3. Generation and delivery of prospect specific presentations

4. Identify strategic acquisitions with complementary offering, technology and or customer base

5. Developing a solution for target markets

6. Development of Industry specific and offering specific whitepapers

7. Develop Strategic White Papers

8. Develop Tactical White Papers

9. Develop strategic relationships within partners in order to develop a broader solution offering

10. Generation and delivery of prospect specific presentations

11. Ensure business and technical problems are addressed by the offerings including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.

12. Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/requirements/regulations/Technology and understand where the market is going.

13. In conjunction with Sales Personnel, develop and conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations, customer organization, etc.

14. Roadmap discussions

15. Instigate and develop strategic relationships

16. Enhance HRO knowledge through certifications like CPHR, GPHR etc

17. Create certification process for HRO Delivery team to strengthen the HRO community at TCS

Skills Required:

1. Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences

2. Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills

3. Ability to understand business processes and business problems

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Ability to understand data relationships and how data can be used to solve business problems

6. Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and offerings

7. Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements

8. Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's process and technical architecture to determine what is and is not possible.

9. Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
