Preferred Skills
- Minimum of a Graduate degree in Engineering/Science with recent background of having worked in investment/financial domain having strong understanding of financial instruments
- Experience in interacting with remote teams a plus
- Software Development experience with expertise in Database and SQL; with large extensive experience in ETL & Data-warehousing
- Hands-on experience in supporting a trading or a trade reporting system
- Excellent understanding of technology, hardware and other infrastructure costs and components associated with it
- Experience in handling end-to-end project responsibility
- Detail Oriented – Need to be adept at tailoring discussions based on stakeholder group. i.e be as in depth or provide high level insights as needed
- Ability to multi task by organizing and prioritizing work and coordinate required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectives
- Good knowledge, and hands on experience working on MS Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities
- The primary responsibilities would be to work within and across project migrations team to support transition and migration of new processes into Gurgaon center
- Enhance and further develop tracking indicators that will provide clear status visibility throughout the project
- Responsible for planning, milestones, costs, schedule, business and technical risk for transition of projects into Gurgaon location
- Facilitate the process feasibility studies carried out at the on-site locations and document the processes through process maps (As Is v/s To Be) and risk control matrix
- Educate and explain the transition methodology in simple terms; ability to present in such a way that audience understand how it works and key variables are that will impact the proposed transition
- Educate stakeholders with standard transition methodology components, the likely adaptations of the solution, as well as knowledge of recent transitions and changes that were made to the standard methodology
- Ability to coordinate with local stakeholders and define needs to bring them in at required stages to effectively address the stakeholder needs and expectations
- Ability to work up to executive stakeholders and governance/reporting at country leadership level
- Plan and coordinate the staffing for the processes with Recruitment team, as per the needs of the process transition
- For stabilized processes, drive continuous process improvement through projects aimed at improving quality and productivity
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and be capable of managing multiple project streams in parallel
