Position : Transition Manager - Procurement

Job Description :
- Ensure smooth transition of all assigned processes in the procurement domain to Novartis Global Shared Services (NGSC) through meticulous planning and execution.
Major Accountabilities :
Transition Leadership :
- Overall responsible for smooth transition for business processes in procurement domain.
- Lead in-bound transition activities for procurement and sourcing processes
- Independently manage complex transitions
- Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and process owners
- Establish and manage relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate and manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines and costs.
- Report transition progress at defined intervals to Management teams for effective governance and timely issue resolution
- On-time and on-budget completion of transitions
- Smooth service delivery post transition and meeting of process KPIs and SLAs
- Customer satisfaction and acceptance of the transitioned business processes
