- Candidates must have excellent managed tax services experience includes transitioning as well as transforming the current tax processes, compliance, Litigation etc

- Candidate should have excellent understanding on tax functions

- Can Suggest protocols improvisation and processes to handle the activities

- Engage in discussions with client management on the suggested protocol and processes to understand their comments and feedback

- Document the protocols and processes to be implemented from go live date

- Employ shadowing and reverse shadowing for a defined period of time during the transition period.

- Major project delivery experience

- Business development Skills

- Relationship management skills with senior client personnel

- Willingness to travel across India.
